What makes us different?
Sustainable Forestry
We prioritize responsible forest management practices, ensuring a healthy forest for generations to come.
We only release a very limited number of trees each year that are between 25-70 years old.
What are the Benefits?
Biodiversity Conservation:
This practice helps maintain diverse ecosystems and support a wide range of plant and animal life.
Improved Forest Health:
Selective harvesting removes older trees, allowing younger ones to thrive and creating healthier, more resilient forests.
Carbon Sequestration:
Carbon stays trapped in the wood even after harvesting. Unlike when wood is used as firewood it releases the carbon as CO2 back into the atmosphere.
Reduced Fire Risk: Careful forest management, such as controlled thinning, can help reduce the risk of catastrophic wildfires.
